ok no point system its gay.

The first thing is the basics. Magikarp is too weak. way to weak. seel is
much better with 60 hp. So lets look at it. Youre going to have youre basic
out there with a better chance of being out since most decks use 3-2 or
something of that sort. Magikarp will get killed very fast. Unlike Seel. Seel
is much better. Now if you forget the basics Dewgong and gyarados are almost
even in raindance. Hp is in favor of gyarados' side though. But comepare that
to the basic form of gyarados. 60 vs. 30. Oh yeah gyarados has resistance. So
bottom line. They are virtually even. Magikarps weakness and dewgongs lower
hp tie them together. They are both good but I prefer Dewgong because you
might not get the evolution for a while. Dewgong is better in 2 color decks.
1 more major thing. gyarados line is uncommon/rare. Dewgong line is uncommon/
rare. That makes a huge difference to me because i dont have very good rares.
I know I could trade but theres no one around to trade.
