Hi guys.  I said I would talk about Item Finder this time.  In my opinion, a
great trainer.  Since any deck stinks without good trainers, it only makes
sense to be able to reuse any trainer in your discard pile.  Alot of people
think recycle is better.  Well sure, you don't have to discard 2 cards and
you can get any card from your discard pile, but reliability counts.  Having
to flip a coin really stinks.  Take the hint from Wizards, the better cards
(with the exception of Charizard) are rares and holos.  Recycle is a common,
enough said. This is the reason Pokeball is better than Computer search and
Oak (IN MOST DECKS) is better than Gambler.  You might still think that Item
Finder is stupid because you only get trainers.  Well, here's a look at the
reasons you don't need to get other cards.

Pokemon-Any good deck has 3-4 of its' most important Pokemon.  If you have
enough and they are good Pokemon that don't get killed fast (in which you
wouldn't want them back anyway) you don't need Recycle.

Energy-Maybe some people want to get back DCE or something, but Gastly can do
that, and again, if you pack 3-4 you won't have problems. 

You might be thinking that if you have enough of your most important trainers
you will be allright.  Well, having 2-3 Item Finder in a deck can let you use
an average of 1 less of your main trainers.  Still, don't use only 1 of any
trainer except in really special cases (an then, have no more than 2 trainer
singles) For instance, if you are currently running 4 Scoop Ups, 4 Gust of
Wind, and 4 Bill, you could take out 1 of each of those and put in 2 Item
Finders without suffering at all in gameplay.  You have just effectively
opened up a extra space, allowing you to put in another energy or Pokemon.

Top 3 reasons for using Item Finder:

1. It gives you total control of your game, and later in the game when you
have used up your good trainers, you can reuse any of them.
2. Trainers that are really important to your deck can now be used more
often.  You can have 4 of that trainer and 2 Item Finder.  This lets you use
that trainer a maximum of 2 extra times.
3. Item Finder is much better than Recycle.  Don't get discouraged because
Item Finder is a rare however, because alot of collectors (or players who
haven't realized the power of Item Finder) are willing to trade it for a
couple decent uncommons.

Decks to put Item Finder in:
ANY deck with trainers will benefit from a couple Item Finders, except those
who's only trainer is Pokeflute :)
