Miles: Welcome. Ive been looking over the Team Rocket expansion, and there
are several great cards, and some bad ones (Dark Charizard and Dark
Electrode). Ive found a combination which just might work in the future. It
involves Dark Dugtrio and Dark Muk. Dark Dugtrio has a Pokemon Power that
makes your opponent flip a coin whenever they attempt a retreat. If it lands
on tails the defender takes 20 damage. Dark Muk has a power that makes your
opponent discard 2 additional energy to retreat. Together, along with some
Gusts of Wind and even Victreebel (Yes, VICTREEBEL) you can bring up Pokemon
with large retreat costs (Blastoise, Snorlax, Golem, that fat energy-guzzling
Charizard) and beat on them. Its also good against big Basics like
Hitmonchan, Electabuzz, and Movie Promo Mewtwo, who will  all require 4
energy to retreat) A problem I can see with this deck is Fossil Muk, however,
but against a deck without Fossil Muks this deck may work.
