(P) Psywave. (10X) Does 10 damage times the number of Energy on the Defending Pokemon.

-This attack has the potential to deal a lot of damage for one energy and no discard. Example: Your opponent has a Exeggutor or Moltres with Big Energy. Psywave will kill them quick because it takes advantage of their energy. There will be situations where it does nothing. Again: Promo Mewtwo, Ditto, Dragonair.



(PP) Devolution Beam () Choose an Evolved Pokemon, yours or your opponents. Return the highest stage Evolution card and all cards attached to it to it players hand. Ithink you know the rest...



Well, Devolution Beam is well in combo with Psywave against Evolution. Psywave 'em for a while, then Devolution Beam for an easy kill.
