I like many people read the article written by DragonFire5. I dont see
how someone could bash such a perfect card. He seemed to be one of those
people who looks at the Charizard line and says, wow! That's a lot of
damage. But the truth is Scyther is far better and much more versatile.
Here are some of my reasons:

1 use of colorless energy
2 Resistance to fighting
3 60 damage on turn 2
4 free retreat cost
5 basic pokemon
6 not from the worst over-rated evolutionairy line in the history of
pokemon. ooh sorry I forgot about the bellsprout line!
