I live in a region where Mr. Mime is an extremely common place card (on the
playing table) and from being here, I have discovered a few cards that have
made my life easier with such Mime heads around here.

Jigglypuff: The card we all know and love, and most generally agree as on of
the best Anti-Mr. Mime. the reads as:

Basic Pokemon
Jigglypuff                      60 Hp Colorless

Attacks:
single colorless energy: Lullaby; the defending pokemon is now asleep.

two colorless energy: Pound; 20 damage.

weakness: Fighting      Resistance: Psychic, -30    Retreat: 1

This is a nice card, and as quoted from Pojo magazine "easy pull from packs"
for it's a common. You can play jigglypuff, play any energy on it, hope the
defending falls asleep through the 2 coin flips, giving you time to have
pound up and ready. Pound is just under Mime's limit of 30 damage, and he can
defeat Mime in just 2 moves, with no damage taken from Mime. Plus he can
evolve into Wigglytuff and you can do for broke with filling the bench and
hope for the best.

Another great anti-mime card is Lickitung:

basic pokemon
Lickitung                                       90 HP

Attacks:
1 colorless energy: Tongue wrap; Flip a coin, if heads, the defending pokemon
is now paralyzed; 10 damage

Two colorless energy: Supersonic; flip a coin, if heads the defending pokemon
is now confused.

Weakness: Fighting      Resistance: psychic -30     retreat: 3

10-damge and a 50% chance of invulnerability, with only 1 energy cost and it
can be anything, combined with it's 90 Hp, it a nice stalling card (kinda
like a cheap chansey, kinda). It isn't so pretty with it's high retreat cost,
but he can kill off Mr. Mime, and hold him in place so he doesn't retreat,
plus, after mime is gone, you can stall the game for cards by paralyzing or
confusing your opponent's next pokemon. Another bonus is the fact it's
"uncommon," and with high hp+resistance, you can be sure your 2 energies will
be put to use many times.

Another cool pokemon is team Rocket's dratini, I don't have the exact stats,
but it's a basic pokemon with 40 hp, colorless, resistance to psychic, and
has the Wrap attack.

Two colorless energies: wrap, flip a coin, if heads, the defending pokemon is
now paralyzed; 20 damage.

He can hold mime in place and squeeze the life out of him. Plus evolve into
the useful team rocket dragonair and pull out your evolution cards in a hurry.
