Let's look at the Dark version of a pretty flower......

No Trainer Cards can be used.
This Power isn't on if Dark Vileplume is Asleep,Confused, or Paralyzed.

Flip 3 coins. This attack does 30 damage times the number of heads. If you
get 2 or more heads, Dark Vileplume is now Confused.

Not as good as it's Jungle counterpart, but both can shut down their  Pokemon
Powers by confusing themselves. Hay Fever is a good Power, making Dark
Vileplume fit into decks with not somany Trainers.
This card might not be as good a regular Vileplume, but it can be the end of
some Rain Dance decks you use trainers to draw cards, get energy, and get rid
of the opponent's energy. Team Dark Vileplume up with Aerodactyl and you'll
have a Rain Dance storm stopper!
