I think something that Pizzaman badly neglected is the fact that Scoop up
DISCARDS ALL CARDS ATTACHED which means it's stupid to use in Raindance or
other big evolution decks.  ONLY use Scoop Up oon Chansey in damage swap or
in Haymaker.  Otherwise Mr Fuji is good for big evolution decks.
