This is in response to a mistake in Rainy's article.  For all his rants
about people who don't know the rules, one would think he knew them.  In
the article, he says that:

"This does NOT get around those instances where your attack does 30
damage
to a pokemon with -30 resistance.  All by itself, Diglett's Mud Slap
does
absolutely NOTHING to Pidgey after applying Resistance.  If you didn't
catch
that... When you actually manage to do damage to the defending pokémon
AFTER
applying resistance, you add 10 with PlusPower.  If your attack does
DIDDLY
SQUAT to the defending pokemon after Resistance, then Plus Power does
nothing."

This is incorrect.  Zero damage is not the same as no damage.  Zero is
an amount, and amounts can be modified.

Rainy is correct in saying that it does not affect an attack such as
Call for Family.  No damage is listed in that attack, therefore, that
attack does no damage, and thus, Plus Power does not kick in.
