In any deck that utilizes Fire Energy, one would feel urged to use
Charizard as a theme. However, though the big guy has 40 more HP, consider
Ninetales. 160 damage versus Charizard's 100 each 2 turns, unless you can
play DCE (only 4 times to do that). However in Sagefire decks, Charizard is
truly capable of killing everything it goes up against in 2 turns if not 1,
with the exception of pesky Mr. Mime. Sagefire uses PokeBreeder, Charizard,
and Venusaur to pretty much wipe your opponent off the map. So long as you
have Grass Energy, you have death and destruction! Charizard is only
outmatched by one other monster in the way of damage when you use this deck:
Geodude. And really, kids, you aren't ever going to go past 30 damage with
that guy. Noone will let you get away with a two-headed coin.
