SycO again with another card evaluation.

Seel and Dewgong, the substitute for magikarp and Gyarados. Lets take a look at their stats.

So its got heaps of hp so it can stall till you get dewgong out buts its attack is pretty crummy for a Pokemon with 60hp. But its pretty good 60hp and one water energy for 10 damage.

80hp (good for uncommn)

weak to lighting (good)

retreat cost 3 (thats high)

attacks: Aurora Beam: [w][w][c] 50 damage

Ice Beam [w][w][c][c]: flip a coin, heads the defending Pokemon is Paralysed.

Dewgong is GREAT, only a Stage 1 80hp and can d hefty damage. Only needing 3 energy 2 water 1 colorless it can do 50 damage (not like Gyaraods you need 3 water) and Ice beam a substitute for Gyarados' bubblebeam which does 40 damage instead of 30. So great cards, for common and uncommon, great substitute for gyardos with aurora beam and Ice beam. can do good damage, and paralyse, so making a raindance add these guys for early damage. instead of weak magikarp 30hp and gyardos who is weak to grass.
