ATTACK 2- Water Gun can only do up to 50 for 5 energy, Flareon can do an
amazing 60, but takes 4 energy and like most fire types, it discards an fire
energy, and jolteon for 3 energy, can do 20,40,60,or 80. Jolteon grabs the
point.

WEAKNESS + RESISTANCE- no resistances, but Vaporeon gets it because Electric
is rarer than Fighting or Water.

Well, Vaporeon won, but I still think that Jolteon is the best, because of
