hello everyone. One card
everyone has been dissing is lapras. They either say "he sucks!
only 10 damage?" or "this guy is exelent at killing mimes!
but he has no other use." I think lapras should go into most water
decks because he is a good water basic and he has a lot of speed. he is
a great starting PKMN. take a look at my energy removal deck:
PLEASE NOTE: i am NOT showing off my deck.
I am just giving examples.
4 DBC Energy
21 Water Energy
2 Lapras
2 Magikrap, er...Magikarp
1 Gyarados
2 Horsea
1 Seadra
3 Psyduck
2 golduck
3 Dratini
2 dragonair
4 ER
2 SER
3 bill
2 oak
2 CPU Search
2 GOW
2 Switch
Yes, I know that the 2-1 lines
aren't too good but they will be changed when i get more Gyarados..anyway...
You see, I start out with
lapras. First turn I attach a water energy and use water gun.
Second turn I attach an energy and use confuse ray, which confuses the
opponent. a great status change, confusion can keep lapras out there for
a while. next attach another W energy and keep using water gun until the
enemy is KE'ed. You see? Do NOT judge a card by what it looks
like. You must playtest it first.
However, only put lapras in a
one color water deck or a haymaker. Anywhere else he is very slow.
