Most people agree that Victrebell stinks. It doesn't. It is a great
finisher of benched, energy-less, basic, and helpless pokemon. Lure and slap
away with acid. Low damage and life may not be attractive, but use with Ers
and SERs to make a super combo. I do acknowledge its weaknesses, but overall
it is at least a 8. It still may look bad, but try it in a good deck, get it
out fast and start beating people! Trying is Beliving!
