Blaine's Arcanine

To everyone who thinks this is a useless card, I salute you. But I figured
out the best strategy for him.

1. Attach 4 Fire energies to Arcanine
2. Use Fire Blast (Fire Storm?) at the right moment like against a fresh
Chansey.
3. Attach a Double Colorless Energy to Heat Tackle all the way down, but an
energy removal can be deadly against him.......
