Alright, this might seem kind of chansy (no, not the pokemon) but Recycle can
be used as a stalling card.  First, you play a recycle to try to recover
something from the graveyard that you need.  Next turn, you play another
recycle, and with luck, you'll be able to pick up your other recycle from
discard pile.  Next turn, draw your recycle and use it again to recover the
other recycle.

I know this sounds extremely dependant on chance, and it is, but it is a good
strategy if you only have one or two cards in your deck and the other guy has
2 or 3.  The coin flipping makes it a big risk to take, but better a slim
chance than none at all.  I actually used it against a stall deck that had 2
cards left and I had 1.  Luckily, it was a recycle.  Having buried a recycle
earlier, and thanks to a couple of lucky coin flips, I drew him out instead
of vice-versa
