this report is on one of the best cards in the game, in my opinion. haunter
L17 (fossil haunter). this is why:

haunter is a stage 1 pokemon, which means that it evolves from a basic. if
they hadnt made a new gastly, this would have been bad news, because basic
gastly SUCKS incredibly. the fossil gastly is sweet, with an amazing lick
attack for 50 hp, so it can be damaged a few times unlike abra. it can also
get back some energy, including special enerdy like DCE, if your in a pinch.
on to haunter:

im glad that they made another haunter to do that awesome gameboy pokemon
that could kill anyone decency. the base haunter is pretty terrible, with a
1/4th chance that YOU do damage. the new fossil haunter has a 1/4th chance
that the OTHER guy can do damage, which is amaking and awesome. because its
bad dream attack, which, even though it can only do 10, is awesome because it
can put the other guy to sleep, which is perfect coupled with its pokepower.
because, to do damage the other guy has to wake up, which is a 50% chance.
then, once he's awake, he has to get past ANOTHER coin flip to damage
haunter, which makes him have a 25% chance of doing damage, which is totally
cool. have you ever faced a haunter?? his 50 hp is made up fr 250% with his
pokepower. 10 damage does a lot when you have so small a chance of doing
damage back. ok, thats why fossil haunter is AWESOME.
