a good staller, not much in the attack though

Can do 60 damage, 100 hp, and a powerful pokemon power

5. Gyarados
has 2 good attacks, 100 hp  resistance to fighting ... in other words a
Zapdos.

4. Zapdos
90 hp, 100 attack, no weakness, resistance to fighting, basic card, what more
could you want.

3. Chansey
A great staller, highest hp of a basic (120) and with a stalling move for 2
colorless. If you got Alakazam switch damage to Chansey

2. Hitmonchan
A great card, 20 on turn 1 and 40 on turn 3. 70 hp, 2 retreat cost. If it
wasn't for Alakazams Damage Swap he would be #1.

1. Alakazam
The best card of the base set. 3 energy for a 30 damage and 50/50 chance of
confusion, and Damage swap keeps damage off.

Fetch ... good, 80 attack ... good

9. Jolteon
Florin with a weaker attack

8. Jigglypuff
wanna but that Charizard to sleep, put out Jiggly puff to make them snooze
automatically for 1 energy

not much to say but a good card

a good attack, good hp, everything is good about this card

5. Venomoth
a good pokemon power, 2 energy for a 10 attack and comes with Confusion and
poison

Can beat a Charizard (remember the 2 headed coin) and Heal for a Pokemon Power

A great card, 70 hp, no retreat, 60 damage on turn 2

2. Clefable
Can beat a Charizard with his own move for 1 energy

1. Mr. Mime
Can beat any hard hitters, and a pretty good attack

good card with the Absorb

9. Hitmonlee
Good attack and HP.

8. Moltres
Wildfire can take away the opponents energy and another good attack.

7. Muk
Best pokemon power in the game and a good damage inflicting card

6. Areodactyl
Not much to tell here, but a very good rare card.

5. Ditto
Can transform into anybody.

Good pokemon power and a chance to get 80 damage.

3. Articuno
30 damage with a 50/50 chance of paralyzation and a risky 50 damage to get 10

puts them to sleep automatically.
