this is a brief card comparison of lickitung vs. chansey. please post under

ok, this is a comparison of two of the best stallers, whether its to deck the
other guy or to just stall for time when your building up heavy hitters on
the bench

Lickitung
Chansey

ok, i have seen comparisons where they are judged by their different
sections, hp, attacks, etc. i never thought those were too accurate but i
dont know any other way to do it, so...

HIT POINTS: chansey has 120, lickitung has 90
this is a difference, but not too bad, 90 is still good, but 120 kicks ...
ATTACKS: main difference between the two here. i prefer lickitungs. chanseys
scrunch only prevents damage, not status changes, making it possible for
chansey to become asleep, confused, paralyzed, or poisoned. lickitungs tongue
wrap does damage, while paralyzing the other guy if heads, which prevents all
attack effects whatsoever. also, wrap costs 1 while scrunch costs 2.
lickitung can also confuse with supersonic. chanseys dub-edge is weak in my
opninion. takes 4 energy which will be wasted as soon as chansey committs
suicide. this can KO some pokemon, but they will get a prize too for downfall
of chansey. but there is always...
RETREAT: chansey: 1 lickitung: 3
big difference here. chanseys 1 retreat allow for good bench maneuvering,
while lickitungs only chance of escape is a scoop up or to be KOed. this is
kindof inconvenient, so chansey takes the cake here.
STAGE: both are basic
WEAKNESS/RESISTANCE: both are weak to fighting, resist psychic
***for the card game in real life...
RARITY: lickitung is uncommon and simple to get and find. chansey is quite
hard, your lucky if you can get one or two.

ok, overall, my vote is for lickitung. he can do damage without killing
himself, can paralyze and confuse, 2 of the worst stat changes to be a victim
of, and he is easy to find and simple to fit into a deck because of his low
energy needs. both are good cards, but i admit even when i started this
report i was biased against chansey... that card has never worked for me =(
