Hey, Xhad here with a combo that may be handy once Gym
shows up.  For those of you who have never heard of
these cards, Brock's Ninetales has a Pokemon Power
that lets it evovle itself into any evolution
(although it automatically reverts if it's Asleep,
Confused or Paralyzed), or de-volve if you like.

Brock's Protection is a trainer that is attached to a
Brock's Pokemon.  It makes it so that energy attached
to that pokemon cannot be discarded by opponent's
trainers or attacks.

Now, at first I thougth Brock's Protection would be
cool, thinking "Now evolution decks will be more
practical!"  Then I looked through the Brock's
evolutions, and to my dismay, most of them aren't that
good.

Then I remembered the Ninetales!  It can evolve into
anything, which means that you could Brock's protect
it, and then evolve into an energy-intensive pokemon
without worry of removal!

I don't know exactly what pokemon I'd use, but I'm
sure there are more creative people out there who
could have some fun with this...
