Dark Blastoise is the BEST card in the game (besides basic energy, of course) use the Dark Shellfish Pokemon with the base or base2 Blastoise and you have yourself a 70-damage per turnmonster.                                           Electabuzz has always been a major threat to most Turbo RainDance decks not anymore. Sure 70HP is pretty low for a stage2 Pokemon, but it doesn't matter as Dark Blastoise can destroy any Pokemon in two hits (1 for CHARIZARD) with its HYDROCANNON attack which states the following:
       (2 water energy)Hydrocannon 30+ this attack does 30 damage plus 20 damge for each extra water energy on Dark Blastoise (but not used to pay for this attack) you can't add more than 40 damage this way.
       Neither Blastoise nor Dark Blastoise be competing, for if they work together, they will be unstoppable. 2 retreat cost is one of the pros about this great card. Consider building a deck around a 2/2 combonation of Blastoise and its Dark cousin VICTORY IS VIRTUALLY GUARENTEED!!!!!.
