People, you cannot justly compare a Stage 1 to a Basic. It does not work.
I'll show you why:

1) Comparison of HP
Not a good thing to do. Is Charizard better than Mr. Mime? According to HP,
yes. However, Charizard is going to have more HP, on account of Charizard
being a Stage 2, and Mr. Mime being a Basic. But, put them in a battle
against each other....

2) Comparison of attack cost
Another bad thing to do. Sure, its 50-for-3 VS. 50-for-4, but again, they
are different stages! If they were both Basic, it might work. MIGHT work. It
doesn't as of now. Still, 50-for-4 on a Basic Pokemon is great. A besides,
look a Dewgong's energy costs. WWC, right? Now, Look at Pinsir's. GGCC,
right? Theroretically(hehe, big word) you could have them powered up on the
same turn. How? DCE. In fact, if DCE is used, you'd most likely have him
powered up before Dewgong, because you don't need to worry about evolution
and waiting a turn. See?

Pinsir...think of him as Scyther's little brother. :)
