This time I'm doing Professor Utsugi....here's the translation curtesy of Edo:
Professor Utsugi
Type: Trainer
Effect: Shuffle your hand into your deck, then draw 7 cards.
  Until the end of your opponent's next turn, you cannot play
  any Trainer cards.
No number (Uncommon)

by now you have heard of the bannings of cards in tournament play in Japan.I
don't know if this card is but I would be very surprised if it wasn't.
This is a super Professor Oak!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
this card is very close to being broken.
With this card you don't have to worry about using it in a stall deck like
ppl do with professor oak.Sure..............you most likely will put in less
cards than you tak eout but it doesn't use up as much cards as professor
oak.........deffinent improvement.You should ad this card to every deck you
have.
I'm really surprised this card is an uncommon.Anyway............thanks for
reading this and thank you scott for posting it.
