Okay, everyone knows that no electrode is a good electrode.  However, for
those of you who are swamped with Raindance as a Metagame, Jungle Electrode
is not a bad card.  Lets check out the stats:
Name:        Electrode
Type:        Stage 1 -- from Voltorb
Color:       Lightning
HP:          90 HP
Weakness:    F       Resistance:  none      Retreat:     1
Attack:      [2]  Tackle  (20)
Attack:      [LLL]  Chain Lightning  (20)
If the Defending Pokemon isn't Colorless, this attack does
10 damage to each Benched Pokemon of the same type as the
             Defending Pokemon (including your own).

Okay, no he's not a big, bad death machine, but that's not what he's for.
Electrodes were shunned early on because of the terrible weakness of Base
Voltorb.  However, Rocket Voltorb is a reasonably sound pokemon, allowing one
to utilize electrode better.  Unfortunately, Electrode's attacks deal only 20
damage each.  Thats a real weakness.  Where tackle is utterly useless, Chain
lightning is actually really good against mono-decks like Raindance (tada!).
Yes, chain lightning DOES count weakness and resistance, so that benched
Blastoise will take 20 damage.  And since fossil came out and eliminated
colorless from the Raindance scene, there is no need to worry about no bench
damage, since EVERY SINGLE POKEMON WILL BE WATER-TYPE!  Perfect for
metagaming, but make sure he's included with some solid pokemon to take care
of Haymaker Variants since his 90 HP will disappear faster than you think,
and DON'T use chain lightning if your pokemon are the same as the defending
pokemon!  Well, hopefully this will help those of you desperately searching
for a way to beat Raindance, but be careful not to rely solely on him.
