I'm afraid you may have wasted your money if you ordered a few of these for
your deck, because he's really not that great. Similar to Mr. Mime, but
the
attack is weaker and the power less useful. It'd be safer (and much
cheaper), to just use Mr. Mime.
Why? I'll explain...
Quote:
"Rain Dance decks could cry when playing against this dude!
Wigglysnot decks
could also feel the pain from this one, also. Watch a player's face as his
trusty Blastoise/Wigglytuff/Aerodactyl etc. are useless against Lily Pad
Mew!"
This is a case of not looking at the big picture. Consider that almost all
good decks contain at least a few Haymaker Pokemon, some more than others.
This is where Mew's big weakness is. Raindance use Articuno and often
Lapras. Blastoise can power up Articuno to KO Mew in one shot. MP
Mewtwo
and Hitmonchan take it down in one shot, Scyther + Pluspower do too. Buzz
can if you get the coinflip. Wigglytuff uses plenty of BBP, and whether
Haymaker is dying down or not, the Pokémon are still used in other decks.
Even if you're stuck with an evolution out, Mew only deals 10 damage a turn.
So, LP Mew is by no means revolutionary, and you'd probably be better off
with Mr. Mime.
