hello pojo, this is Ian Rousey with tips on Promo Arcanine.

First of all let us look at the HP. 70 HP isn't bad. Now with his attack
this should be a little higher. Overall pretty good.

Now let's look at first attack. Ok but could be better. Pretty basic,
but if you need to kill a pokemon but don't want to use flames of rage
just do quick attack. Overall it could be better.

Here we are at Flames of Rage. I think this is one great attack.
Possible 100 damage for 2 energy, that is great. Even discarding those
energy is worth it. Look at Charzard (base) he takes 4 energy to use his
attack and you still discard 2 energy. After you use Flames of Rage just
use a energy retrieval and you get those energy back. Another thing you
can do is play a rainbow energy on him and then his attack will do even
more. Over all GREAT!!!!!!!!!!
