10. Hitmonchan (Good basic and can lay down 20 damage on turn one)

  9.Nidoking (Can take out a Mr.Mime with one hit)

  8.F.Magmar (Has two good attacks and has improved a lot compared to the base set Magmar)

  7.Mr.Mime (Probably the best staller in the game)

  6.Poliwrath(Has a strong water gun attack and whirlpool has a built in energy removal)

  5.Blastoise (The best water pokemon of all and it is the card that started the Raindance deck)

  4.Ditto (It gives you the ability to turn into the defending pokemon)

  3.Scyther (Do you need to know why?)

  2.Movie Prom.Mewtwo (Absorb can power up Mewtwo to Psyburn in one turn)

  1.Electabuzz (He can do 10 damage on turn one with a possibly  paralizing the defending  pokemon and can do up to 40 damage on turn two. He also has good HP)
