OK, OK. Many times have I heard people trashing Oaks, which can and will be
bashed by people who understand them. But BILL!?! I mean, two free cards on
demand, how can anyone see ANYthing wrong with that? He says "Sure you
get to draw 2 extra cards into your hand, but that is only 2 cards, and in
reality it is only one extra card you get to draw because if that Bill
wasn't there you would have drawn a different card that wasn't a Bill. A card
that wasn't a Bill to go bye-bye into a discard pile in return for the card
you would have drawn in your next couple turns." Let me say what's wrong
with
that.
1st and least necessary, that's a run-on sentences which are totally annoying
to read. 2nd, You said "-In your next couple of turns-".... why wait
when you
could have them right then!? They could be crucial, game-winning cards. Like
an Oak to get those extra basics or a SER that could save the game from a
Double-Edge by Chansey, or the Plus Power to put away that Hitmonchan! So, in
conclusion Bill is one of the best cards in the game, some people can say Oak
is better but think of a Bill as a Mini-Oak that doesn't require any
discarding except for the actual card. Any Compliments/Complaints/Help with
