Hiya Pojo (Please post this), this is my view
contrasting the old Dratini to the T.R.Dratini.
First off, let's look at the stats.
Old Dratini T.R.Dratini
HP: 40 HP:
40

Wrap (10+ 50% Paralysis chance)
No weakness No

Resistant to Psycic Resistant
to Psycic
They're basically the same except for the dispute
of Wrap vs Pound. They have the same damage but wrap costs more, but
if you can pull off the paralysis you can stall for a turn or two until you
get a Dragonair or a better card. Both are great against Hypno and
Gengar. So it's a tie, paralysis can come in handy, but that's two turns
for the energy to fill whilst pound is only one. Too bad they can't make
a Dratini with both.
