All of you Nintendo Power subscribers should be recieving your
April issue of Nintendo Power around now (I did on March 22).  It
contains, as you know, a Mewtwo Promo card.  For all of you people who
don't subscribe to Nintendo Power, maybe you'll be lucky enough to trade
for one of these awesome cards.
Anyway, here's the card:
Name: Mewtwo
Level: 30
Promo Number: 12
HP: 60
Weakness: Psychic
Resisntance: none
Retreat Cost: 2 Colorless
1st Attack: Energy Control: Flip a coin, If heads choose a basic
Energy card attached to 1 of your opponent's Pokèmon and attach it to
another of your opponent's Pokèmon of your choice.
2nd Attack: Telekinesis: Choose 1 of your opponent's Pokèmon.
This attack does 30 damage to that Pokèmon.  Don't apply Weakness and
Resistence for his attack.  (Any other effects that would happen after
applying Weakness and Resistance still happen.)

WOW!!! What an amazing card! The Hit Points are low for a Basic
like Mewtwo.  Energy Control is ok.  But the best part about it is
Telekinesis.  ANY of your opponent's Pokèmon!  And you don't have to
apply weakness or resistance!  Psy resistance Pokèmon beware.  This can
KO many weak Basics.  And they can be KOed on the Bench!
Pair it up with Gengar.  You can Curse and use Telekinesis to
wreck havoc on your opponent's bench.  This is a powerful card.  I think
we will begin to see these in killer decks.  The only problem is that
they are promos that were given away to only Nintendo Power subscribers,
so they will be rare.
