With the rocket boosters now out, I have been looking
for more possible additions to my wigglytuff deck and
noticed the Challenge! trainer card.  Initially I
thought that this card was fantastic and would fit in
perfectly like Andrew until I realized it had some
subtle yet major flaws.  Here is the card:

Challenge!

Ask your opponent if he or she accepts your challenge.
If your opponent declines(or both of your benches are
full), draw two cards. If your opponent accepts, each
of you searches your decks for any number of basic
Pokemon cards and puts them face down onto your
benches. (A player can't do this if his or her Bench
is full.) When you both have finished, shuffle your
decks and turn those card face up.

Now, I agree with Andrew that this card is pretty
good, yet it still has some problems:

1. Since the person you are playing against knows you
are playing with a wiggly deck, and if they are a
smart player, they would not accept the challenge
unless they were in desparite need of basic cards or
you had a full bench.  You get to pick up cards, but
this is not as usefull.

2. If you have a full bench or one basic short,
Challenge! is utterly useless.  Almost no one would be
foolish enough to let you pick up two cards even if
they had a full bench.

3. Many people are realizing the awesome power of
wigglytuff and his/her/its attacks, using it in viagra
or wiggly haymaker decks which would greaty help your
opponent who might be playing wiggly.

These setbacks of the card should be a major factor in
deciding if you should put it in your deck or not.
This is what separates rare cards from the uncommon
and common.
