This little guy is more powerful than he looks.

 

Here are some stats.

 

HP:  40

Retreat:  1 Colorless energy

Resistance:  None

Weakness:  Water

 

Pokemon Power:  Once during your turn (before you attack), you may take 1 Fire Energy attached to 1 of your other Pokemon and attach it to Charmander.  This power can't be used blah...  blah... blah...

 

Attack:  Fire gail-20damage.

 

The team rocket Charmander is very good for getting energy for its evolution cards.  The 20 damage will K.O. Mr. Mime if you attack first or if you have Potion to spare.  This little fella is powerful and useful.  It can evolve into Charmeleon, or Dark Charmeleon, and so on.
