Hi Pojo! Well, I want to rate a few, in fact i could rate them all, but I
have no time at all, so I will write Venusaur.
Venusaur (Base Set)
100HP-An outstanding feature for a pokemon that has so much dependence
2 reatreat cost-Great for a stage 2 pokemon
Pokepower:Energy Trans: To move your grass energy around as many times as you
want during your turn is good for saving energy when a pokemon is about to
faint and you need to conserve energy. Also good for retreating, this pokemon
Power is extremally effective
weakness to fire-although this is an important feature to his weakness,
Venusaur still can have multiple turns of attacking with his hit points being
so high, and also he might clear out his opponent bringing us to...
his attack-Solarbeam: A good attack to clear powerhouses out of the way and
stay ahead.
As you can see, Venusaur is a good pokemon, but I am not half finished.
Some extremally effictive combonations with other cards are,
Charizard-Use Energy Trans and then Energy Burn to make Charizard attack for
100 damage every turn.
Any grass pokemon-Attach the energy to the main attacker, such as Nidoking or
Vileplume.
Venusaur is the most effective pokemon is the game if you want to break the
rules, except for Blastoise and Venomoth, and I think Venusaur should be
included in all mono-grass decks. Also, Venusaur has good qualities compared
to other pokemon other people think are the best. Such as:
Charizard-Less expensive retreat cost/non-discarding attack
Blastoise-Doesn't need as many energy to get on 60 damage
Farfetch'd-Has a strong pokemon power/way more hit points
Alkazam-Again, more hit points/more damaging attack
Sycther-Yet again, more hit points
Those are only some. As I said, Venusaur is pretty much the most versitle
card around.
Thanks, Spencer
