Alot of people think that the best stallers have a high HP.So naturally
Haunter(the fossil,we all know the base stinx)is overlooked.His Pokemon Power
might prevent all damage.the attack puts your oppents pokemon to sleep.So
they have to flip twice and get heads then tails.Compare to Kangakhan.Your
opponent puts out a gyrados
On your turn you draw a Zapdos.Your oppenent knocks out your active.So you
put out kangaskhan.two turns and he dies and your zapdos is your last pokemon
and he dies.if you had a haunter you could send him out use transparency(the
pokepower)
and nightmare.Your oppenent flips a head and wakes up but flips a head again
and cant attack.You retreat haunter for FREE and zap his gyrados with
zapdos.And chansey.has a high Hp and scrunch but cant attack and your oppent
only has to flip once so its a 50-50 chance
