Hey Pojo! Your site rules, and I'd love it if you posted my article.
I've
got some tips about a card just about no one uses. This card is .
. .
Seaking.
I'm not gonna say Seaking is the best card or anything like that, but I do
think he's underrated. Here's his stats:
stage 1, evolves from Goldeen
70 HP
W Horn Attack 10
WC Waterfall 30
retreat cost C
weakness L
resistance none
All right, he has 70 HP, which is good for a stage 1 and a lot better than
60. His retreat is certainly reasonable. Other than Electabuzz, his
weakness isn't bad and his no resistance is average, of course. Both
attacks
are rather boring, but at least they don't require coin flips, or have bad
side effects. His first attack isn't great for the cost. His 2nd
attack is
about the same, but with an extra colorless required, However it does 20 more
for that colorless! That's good. His Waterfall is one of the best
attacks
around for the cost. I use him in most of my water decks, and he works out
quite well (since I don't have Blastoise and he wouldn't work well with
Blastoise anyway). He does 10, then 30 repeatedly for your other turns.
His
70 HP lets him last long enough while you build up big hitters on the bench.
His low energy cost allows you to leave more room for trainers or another
type of energy in your deck. He's not the best card, but try him, he could
work out for you. After all, he's only an uncommon, and he works well for
me.
