Arbok- Oh, just let me start the article.

The Different Special Energies
Rainbow Energy
Rare-Holo
Attach Rainbow Energy to 1 of your Pokemon.  While in play, Rainbow Energy
counts as every type of basic Energy but only provides 1 Energy at a time. 
(Doesn't count as a basic Energy card when not in play.)  When you attach
this card from your hand to 1 of your Pokemon, it does 10 damage to that
Pokemon.  (Don't apply Weakness and Resistance.)

Arbok- This will be the new cornerstone in Potpourri. The only two downsides
are that it does 10 damage to your Pokemon and you can only have 4 of them in
your deck. Plus, its a target for energy removal, but still, it's an
excellent card.

Full Heal Energy
Uncommon
If you play this card from your hand, the Pokemon you attach it to is no
longer Asleep, Confused, Paralyzed, or Poisoned. Full Heal Energy Provides 1
Colorless energy. (Doesn't count as a basic Energy card.)

Arbok- This is a nice little gem. It is a Double Colorless Energy that heals
and provides 1 less energy. These will be great against a Status Effect deck.
Probably not as much of an Energy Removal target, since once it is played,
its just a colorless energy. Once again, you can only have up to 4 in your
deck.

Potion Energy
Uncommon
If you play this card from your hand, remove 1 damage counter from the
Pokemon you attach it to, if it has any. Potion Energy provides 1 Colorless
energy.  (Doesn't count as a basic Energy card.)

Arbok- This is a good one! It a a mini-potion that can serve as an energy. It
only heals 1 damage counter, but I think that most decks should run 1 or 2 of
these.

have a brain, unlike the Cobra King, I won't do a stupid word of the day, but
I legally have to put the little death threat comment. Sorry.
