Mason : lets compare this card with a regular Alakazam

The attacks of dark kazam are a little stronger but mind shock would only do
40 to base kazam while kazam could knock out dark kazam with one confuse ray.
 The retreat cost, weakness, and resistance are the same but dark kazam's
teleport blast helps dark kazam retreat.  Dark kazam's hp is really low but
if it gets to weak it can teleport blast away.  So all in all dark kazam and
base kazam are about the same in strength.
