Okay. Blastoise has a couple of things going for it. It has a tough attack
that does 60 DAMAGE! (For 5 Energy.) It can power up your bench in no time,
and deck you at the same time. One advantage with no drawbacks is the solid
thresh hold of 100 HP.
Dark Blastoise isn't as bad as most people think. 70 HP is a drawback. On
the other hand he can kill any Pokemon in the Rocket Set with 1 hit and
only for 4 Water Energy. Along with a very sound second attack that may
hurt himself, but will definitely be beneficial if it works, giving him an
advantage against Lightning Decks.
