David? SNPiccolo? You've both got the right idea, but there's more to it...
I've been playing a deck centered on these guys for a while, and there's a
few things I've found out:

-Breeders may make the evolution go faster, but don't overlook Kadabra. If
it comes down to it, Recover may be your last resort when it's time to get
rid of that damage and the Tentacools are nowhere to be found.

-Don't look at it as a stall. Mr. Mime, Tauros, and Dark Golduck are welcome
additions to this combo. Mr. Mime holds down, virtually untouchable with the
combo in play. Tauros makes for a good 70 damage if you play it right. And
Dark Golduck is the eradicator of Wiggly in this psychic deck. If you don't
have the patience to stall, use the combo to protect your pokes while they
beatdown.

-It's not invincible. When I first posted this combo, I got flamed big time
by people who reminded me of Gust of Wind. Keep an eye on your opponent's
bench. If he's powering up something dangerous to the Tentacool's, pull them
back. Four Tentacools in a deck make for four prizes.

-Don't over look Alakazam as a fighter. Originally, I'd leave him on the
bench to keep mimes and Tauros (and then Scyther, until the much better Dark
Golduck came along) alive and fightin' But having an energy-less Alakazam
gusted out is a royal pain.

-Be careful. Centering the deck around one combo can ruin you. I played
Raindance back when the game first came out, and having my Squirtle picked
off fast screwed me over big time. It's the same for here. If you center it
on just the Zam/Cool trick, it's too easy to get screwed over.

It's still a good deck. I love mine. It hardly ever finishes out games.
People where I play see it start to work and just quit. It's great, but just
be careful with it, and realize it's not as good as you think...
