I have a single card strategy for RATTATA, yes RATTATA.

No one really cares about Rattata. I found out something really good
about him. At my Pokemon League, everyone uses Mr. Mimes. I thought of
Pokemon that can beat him. RATTATA!!!!!!!!! No one thinks about how good
he is against Mr. Mime!!!!!! First, Mr.Mime would use Invisible wall,
then Meditate.  Meditate won't do any damage to Rattata because Rattata's
weakness is Psychic -30!!!!!!! Rattata uses Bite. It does 20 damage to
Mr.Mime since anything that does over 30 damage won't hurt  Mr.Mime. Bite
does 20 damage. Mr.Mime uses Meditate. I won't hurt Rattata. Rattata uses
Bite and Mr.Mimes done without even doing damage!!!!!!!!!!!1
