I got some Rocket cards yesterday (yes they are english) and I saw great
opportunity with using Promo Mew with Dark Slowbro. Dark Slowbro's PKMN
Power, "Reel In", allows you to take 3 Basic or Evolution cards from
your discard pile when you play it from your hand. The fact you cant do
it many times is why Mew is helpfull. TCG League Promo Mew has an attack
(not PKMN Power) called "Devolution Beam" which allows you to remove
Evolution Cards from an opponents Poke'mon or yours. Using it can put
Dark Slowbro back in your hand so you can play it and get 3 more
Poke'mon from your discard pile. This is very handy for battling against
decks with direct damage as the focus or one you are weak against.

One last thing, I did not tell you to use Devolution Spray because of it
taking the evolution card to your discard instead of your hand. In that
case, you would need another Dark Slowbro to get the other one out or a
Recycle if you dont have another Dark Slowbro.
