I'm writing on behalf of Devolution Spray. I know everyone thinks it sucks
but not everyone knows its true power. Example. Your fighting a energy
removal deck and your active pokemon (Lets say a Poliwrath) is ready to do
whirlpool. You do whirlpool to their Golduck and remove a water energy. They
Super Energy Remove 2 of your water energies. Then it does hyper beam after
attaching an energy. You would think you were done but then TA-DA you get a
devolution spray. You de-evolve to poliwhirl, attach an energy and use
amnesia. Isn't that great? With the rocket set a few days away, combo Spray
with Nighttime garbage collection and your untouchable.
