I just bought 5 Team Rocket Booster packs and I was in astonished to pull
out a holo Here Come Team Rocket.  I was trying to think of how much use it
could really be.  I looked through my cards and then saw Rattata.  Here Come
Team Rocket turns over the prizes, and Rattata swithces the prize with the
top card of the deck.  With this you can obserb all the prizes.  Pick the one
you need most and switch it with the top card of your deck.  Now you get the
card you need extra fast.  Repeat this with the one you need the second most,
the third most and so on.  Not that I am going use this in my Psychic deck,
but it can't hurt to know.

P.S- Team Rocket Ratitcate is (In my opinion) the worst card ever, but
nothing is wrong with Team Rocket Rattata or base set Ratitcate, but I would
not use the
