I've got some great ideas concerning the Team Rocket Expansion which will be
coming out soon. Here part of a deck I'm planning on making:

4 Rocket Drowzee
3 Snorlax
4 Fossil Gastly
4 Base Set Haunter
4 Sleep! Sleep!

Sleep! Sleep! is a Team Rocket trainer that says "flip a coin, if heads your
opponents active pokemon is asleep. Drowzee's Pokemon Power says "flip a
coin, if heads your opponents active pokemon is asleep. If tails your active
pokemon is asleep"

So here's my strategy: Use Sleep! Sleep! and Drwozee to put your opponents
Pokemon to sleep, and then use Haunter to do 50 damage for only 2 energy. So
much for Hitmonchan.

Also, with a Snorlax as your active pokemon, you can use Drowzee's power, and
if you get tails Snorlaz's power will keep him from being put to sleep.
Imagine 4 Drowzee's with Snorlaz as your active, and you just flipping and
flipping untill they're asleep.
