Regarding the comment about Magby not being used much - in our league I know
for a fact he's being played and for one reason only - to defeat my Dark
Vileplume deck.  While Magby doesn't do a lot of damage, he disables all
Pokemon Powers for 2 turns (each player gets 1 turn without Pokemon Powers
in effect, if I"m understanding it right).

Dark Vileplume's Pokemon Power prevents the use of trainer cards.  I've been
frustrating everyone in League with this deck - if I can get Dk. Vileplume
out early - my deck is VERY difficult to beat.  By using Magby, not only do
you get the affects of the Baby Pokemon Stall - but it disables the
protection of Dark Vileplume.

I'll have to do some serious changes to my deck to counteract Magby and
Igglybuff (which disables one of your opponent's PP for the rest of your
turn, so I'll need to have 2 Dk. Vileplumes out to stop THAT effect, but
then if there are 2 Igglybuffs - you get the idea) - haven't decided what to
use yet - any suggestions would be welcome.
