Stalls have always had the problem of being wiped out before Alakazm was on the table or you got your Venu-center running. But Lickitung has a first turn paralyse attack (on a coin flip of course). So than the game is slower than a Lada in treacle. This gives you time for that WONDERFUL Arcanine. 80 damage kills Wiggly, 'Buzz, 'Chan, Scyther, Gligar, Sneasel, TR Zapdos and most other things you'd care to mention in one. Believe me, I learned the hard way- one game I played a hay against a deck using these and saw a 3rd turn Arcanine using DCE. No prizes for guessing who won there. Another game it got out three Lickitungs and I am there desperately oaking with Bills to try and get power, only to be rewarded with 5 prizes with about 12 cards to go in my deck. He still had half his deck to go. Then the Arcanine came out. Ouch. Ouch. OUCH! To think that I created that deck and gave it to him to try out my hay against!

So anyway my point is this. For all those of you who dislike Hays, stop whining.Stop calling to ban everything but 'Carp on the grounds that it's broken. Instead, Put 4 Lickitung in a deck. Then add 3 Growlithe, 2 Arcanine. Throw in Farfetch'd and Fossil magmar for backup, with perhaps one or two Scythers and Chanseys. Add a small/medium amount of card-drawing plus SER's and Gold Berry/super potion etc.Then take it to one of your hay-playing buddies and let them know FEAR.
