hi all tell me if this is not right but put  both steel and a dark
energy on a pokemon, when you attack it is bosted by 10 (dark),
decreased by 10 (steel) so it is the same as the base damage. When they
attack there attack is is reduced by 10 by the steel and then the ten
done by the dark energy to you is reduced by 10 (ineffective)

so in the end the steel reduces there attack by 10 and the dark cancels
out the other effects reducing your attack. The steel cancels out
effects of the dark both the damage ang the damage to you.
