First I will tell your about my rating system of a card
it will be 0 to 5.
This is a 5 out of 5. Perfect
card in almost every way!
This is a 4 out of 5. Good card
and reliable, above average!
This is a 3 out of 5. Ok card,
useable, average card.
This
is a 2 out of 5. Not a very good card, but might be good later.
This
is a 1 out of 5. Meaning this card stinks. Put it back in the pack and send it
to wizards.
Now lets get to the stuff you came here for, my fans card
of the day. Is………..*Shakes his house keys loudly*
It’s Rockets Mewtwo!
Attack: [P] Juxtapose
Flip a coin. If heads, switch the number of damage counters on Rocket's Mewtwo with the number of damage counters on the Defending Pokemon (even if it would Knock Out either Pokemon). (It's okay if 1 of the Pokemon has no damage counters on it.)
Attack: [PP] Hypnoblast (20)
Flip a coin. If heads, the Defending Pokemon is now Asleep.
Attack: [1PPP] Psyburn (60)

Strategies with Rockets Mewtwo…
Is the 1st move Juxtapose now this card is
not that great because there is MANY popular pokemon that have resistance to
psychic pokemon such as Wigglytuff, sneasal, Murkrow, Erica’s Dratini, and
Chansey. So if you want to play this card you must put a Resistance Gym in your
deck. It lowers down the resistance of the pokemon so now you can do damage to
them.
Ok, Psyburn good move but to
expensive of energy cost! The only way I see this would work is you might gust
out a Slowking or Slowpoke to burn it away but for that Movie Promo mewtwo is
much quicker.
Another ‘idea’ is to have
elekid as your benched or active while your powering up Rockets mewtwo that way
you could attack with playful punch and give your opponent a hard time knocking
out the baby pokemon, while your powering up Rockets Mewtwo.

Combos with Rockets
Mewtwo
…
This combo is pretty risky but if you attach a rainbow energy to
Rockets Mewtwo and your opponent attacked you last turn, then you attach a Gold
Berry just in case the flip doesn’t go your way and then attack with Juxtapose
now if you flip heads you should have no
damage on Mewtwo since you didn’t attack the opponents pokemon yet. If it was
tails Gold berry can take away the damage after the your turn.
The other combo is try the elekid tip it helps stall while
attacking at the same time and you get to power up your benched pokemon and even
Rockets Mewtwo.
How to Counter Rockets Mewtwo?
With ease, All Dark (so far) and Most all-colorless have
resistance to psychic it shouldn’t be that hard to knock out Rockets Mewtwo. A
faster killer would be Sneasal, Wigglytuff, Ditto, Clefable and Movie Promo
Mewtwo.
If they have resistance gym out you could put your own
gym into play. And if they are powering up Rockets Mewtwo on the bench just gust
it right out. Super Energy Removal just breaks the back of Rockets Mewtwo since
it can’t get it back like Movie Promo Mewtwo can.

I give this Card a

out of 5 **
Ok it’s a good card to look
at but it doesn’t compete with the new arch types or the new haymaker pokemon
of now and the ones coming out. I would give it a higher rating if I saw more
fighting decks but I am not seeing that anymore. Like I said in the article
there are too many pokemon that counter psychic pokemon. And the main killer of
any psychic pokemon with a good attack is ditto. So that’s my rating for the
‘fans card of the day’
