Goosh this is my 4th article this month.  i must be opsseded.  but
anyway when i say Blastoise is back I don't mean a revision of Rain
Dance I have something new.  When using Blastoise combined with Promo
Smeargle which his attack staits (note: I am not going to mention the
other stats.)  flip a coin if heads put a color marker of any (actually
it says your favorite but no one is really going to say their favorite.)
color you want on one of your pokemon and it is the color of that marker
if tails this attack does nothing.  So when combinig these two pokemon
with either Exegutar, (excuse me for my spelling but you get the idea.)
Charizard, or Lanturn you can have a huge effect.
