yo i have this super sweet combo

energy flow-for each of your pokemon, you may return any number of energy
cards attached to it to your hand

pokecenter- remove all damage from all of your pokes with damage on it and
discard the energys

raindance- attach as many water energy to your water pokes

(these are not word for word texts except for energy flow)

you get  a blastoise out and start killing
when it is almost dead then use energy flow and return all the water energy
back in to your hand
use pokecenter and remove all its damage
use raindance and attach it all back
and there u go
a pokecenter but no energy is discarded
